“Criminal Minds” Season 12 Episode 5 will air one week later, switching dates from 2 November to 9 November. Some speculate that the drama around Hotch (Thomas Gibson) has made a lot of problems for the show, could it be the reason for the sudden change in schedule?
Inquisitr reported that the last two episodes of “Criminal Minds” were aired on time, without Gibson’s participation in them, so this concludes the question of Gibson’s effect on the delay. The actual reason for the delay is the Wednesday fame between the Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs which is expected to air in the same timespot. CBS is not the only channel to move its productions, since NBC is also moving its shows from this timespot to the next week.
As previously announced by News Every Day, Thomas Gibson has been fired from the show’s cast, under accusations of what was described as “direct assault” on a producer and writer in the series. The first-announced suspension turned into a full breakage of contracts.
This angered fans of the series, who decided to boycott them through the hash tag “#NOHOTCHNOWATCH”. Fans of “Criminal Minds” stand behind the actor and support him through the difficulties which follow his firing. Thomas Gibson himself thanked his fans for the shown support and says that even though it ended abruptly, he has a lot of good memories from “Criminal Minds”.
What is there to expect in “Criminal Minds” Season 12 Episode 5? TV Guide shares that there will be some serious development in the relations between Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) and Alvez (Kirsten Vangsness). After learning the Roxy is the name of his pet dog and not the name of an actual human female, she shows complete support towards his pet and has even bought some gifts for it.
“Criminal Minds” Season 12 Episode 5 is expected to air on 9 November on CBS.
