- “Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders” (10 p.m., CBS): TV’s infatuation with spin-offs continues with this new crime procedural. Gary Sinise stars as the head of a special international division of the FBI that comes to the rescue of Americans who find themselves in danger while abroad.
- “Crowded” (10 p.m., NBC): This new sitcom is about a couple (Patrick Warburton and Carrie Preston) just starting to relish their empty-nest freedom when their adult daughters (Miranda Cosgrove and Mia Serafino) decide to move back in. Hilarity allegedly ensues.
